Is there a monthly subscription fee?
NO.
Economy packages require a one-time setup fee, then you only pay for toll-free minutes on a Pay-As-You-Go format. Set up fees are waived with Premium and Professional packages; however, you purchase mintes at a lower rate.
Toll (Local Access) call are Unlimited and Free.
I got a 404 Message after my order? Did my order go through?
Glitches do happen from time to time BUT rest assured, your transaction was securely received.
From time to time servers have glitches. However, if you place an order and are not sent to the thank you page or do not receive your order via email, then please feel free to contact us. While your order was securely received and processed, we want to address any concerns you may have.
We use a third party transaciton service, separate from our shopping cart - which means your order is always secure and safe.
OPTION: After an order, try refreshing the thanks.php page to view your order receipt online.
What do host codes and guest codes mean?
All plans include 1 unique host code and 1 unique guest code. The unique codes allow access to your personal Meeting Room.
Think of a Meeting Room as having two doors - one for the host(s) and one for the guests. The unique codes allow access to your personal Meeting Room. Your business enters the Meeting Room using the "host" access code, while, your guests enter using the unique "guest" code.
Can I purchase additional host codes with my plan?
At this time we are working on allowing you to purchase a additional host code numbers. This will allow you to conduct two separate meetings at the same time. [top]
How many phone numbers will I receive with my plan?
All plans include 2 phone numbers: a Toll Free phone number and a Local (Toll) Access phone number so International callers may participate in your Conference Meetings. [top]
Do particpants (guests) dial in on a Toll Free number?
Guest may call either the toll-free number or local number, whatever you provide. International participants must be given the local access number to participate, as toll-free is restricted to U.S. callers only. [top]
How many guests can I have in my meeting?
All plans allow for up to 500 people per call. [top]
Can I have multiple hosts on one conference call?
Anyone from your business may enter the meeting room using the host code; however, only the first person to enter has all priveleges and control over the meeting. [top]
Do minutes carry over?
Yes. Any unused minutes carry over to the next month. Our pricing plans are structured similar to RollOver Minutes cellular plans. Your minutes never expire.
What if I only make a few Conference Calls each year?
You would want the Economy Plan. Pay a low set up fee, and then pay as you go for any Toll-Free service you use. You receive Unlimited FREE Toll Conferencing.
